About the Recipe

This quick and easy recipe features toasted bread topped with crunchy peanut butter, granola, and a drizzle of honey—perfect for a wholesome breakfast or a nice snack. Optional banana slices and cinnamon add extra flavor and nutrition.

Ingredients

  •  2 slices of bread (your choice: whole grain, sourdough, multigrain, etc.)

  • 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter

  • 2–3 tablespoons granola (store-bought or homemade)

  • Honey, for drizzling


  • Optional Toppings: Banana slices, Cinnamon, other fruits and berries

Preparation

Step 1

Toast your bread slices to your preferred level of crispiness.


Step 2

While the toast is still warm, spread a generous layer of crunchy peanut butter over each slice. Add optional toppings if you want


Step 3

Sprinkle granola evenly over the peanut butter. Press down lightly so it sticks.


Step 4

Drizzle honey over the top of each slice for added sweetness and shine.


Step 5

Enjoy immediately while the toast is warm and the peanut butter is slightly melty.
