Mushroom and cheese burger

Ingredients
1 pound Ground Beef (93% or leaner)
8 ounces mushrooms, finely diced
1 egg white
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 hamburger buns
1/4 cup shredded Manchego cheese
Want a different cheese no problem Add BACON!! OH YEAH!! Lettuce, tomato and onion? If you want it do it. By golly it is a Burger.
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ground beef, mushrooms, egg white, garlic, salt and pepper in large bowl, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Lightly shape into four 1/2-inch-thick patties.
Step 2
Place patties on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, covered, 8 to 10 minutes until instant-read thermometer inserted horizontally into center registers 160°F, turning occasionally.
Tip: Cooking times are for fresh or thoroughly thawed ground beef.
Step 3
Place burgers on bun. Top evenly with cheese. Add other topping of your choice. Enjoy
